These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by SAEL Partners, a company that buys vacant land directly from landowners.
Program description
SAEL Partners sends text messages only to landowners who have contacted us about their property and agreed to receive texts. Messages are follow-ups to the inquiry you started: confirming we received your information, scheduling a call with a partner, asking questions about your property, and updates on any offer or sale you are discussing with us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not send texts to people who have not opted in.
How you opt in
You opt in on our website only, by checking the optional text-message consent box on our Property Inquiry Updates page or on our property inquiry form. The box is never checked in advance, and both forms can be submitted without checking it. By checking the box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SAEL Partners about your property inquiry. Consent is not a condition of selling your property or of any purchase. After you opt in, you will see a confirmation on the page and receive a confirmation text.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by calling (916) 621-5700.
